8: Foreign countries (Typing HW)

There are a lot of foreign countries. In fact, there are 195 countries.

I have been to only two countries. These are South Korea and Saipan of Mariana Islands. So I hardly know almost all of the countries. I want to travel all over the worlds.

When I grow up, I want to go Singapore with my family. However I want to go Canada by myself now. Anyway I want to study in Canada. In order to come true this, I am studying TOEFL now. And then, I mean to make good friends with students of other countries.
I would like to know what I do not know now. I will acquire a new knowledge of many countries.

Now sometimes I don't know what I should put somethings before another things.
I am suffering really from what I should do now.
Recently, I am falling into a depression because of preparing for studying abroad or a lot of assignments and so on...

However, one of my friends say,
"When you are falling into a depression, you should say "THANK YOU" to anytime. The word "THANK YOU" has a very energetic power!! The word "THANK YOU" made us happy! Even if you are said by anyone, you feel very comfortable, don't you?"

This phrase encouraged to me. I appreciate to her for giving nice phrase. So I am going to say and say in my heart "THANK YOU" to anything.

7: My other classes (Typing HW)

I will introduce my other class.

First, my speaking class is. My speaking class is very interesting. The member of this class is very nice and funny. They are very positive. I like an atmosphere of this class. Besides, this class has “conversation”. I t is very useful for me to memorize it. And then we demonstrate a conversation with my partner every class.

Second is a Korean class. I am taking a Korean class now. It is difficult for me to remember the form of letters. However I will try it. If I have a chance to visit to Korea, I will make use of it.

6: How I Study English (Typing HW)

I study English every day. I always touch and use English.
English ability has four; Listening, Writing, Reading and Speaking.
Especially, I’m not good at listening skill. To improve my listening skill, I try to listen to NHK news for an hour in English every day. It has not subtitle, so it’s very hard for me to understand it.
Also I practice writing by using a computer. However, I don’t know whether my English grammar is good or not.

A Special Weekend ~with my family~

How's your weekend?I will talk about my weekend.

On 17th, I got back my hometown in Miyazaki by highway bus. I could not get back my hometown in Golden Week, so finally I decided to get back my hometown from 17th.

Do you know how long it takes from Kumamoto City to Miyazaki in Miyakonojo in Miyazaki??? When you drive in the highway, you have to drive more than 2 hours and half less than 3 hours.

I arrived at the bus stop at 14:08. When I waited for my family, I found a red car. It was my family's car!!! My dad and Mam picked me up. There was no sister in the car. She had a dancing lesson. I was relieved to see cheerful dad and mam.

On the evening, we had a BBQ in the yard!!!

The picture on the left side is my dad and mam. They are very good couple! *hah* Especially, my mam is very funny! She likes funny face. But these pictures are normal.
I have never had a BBQ since January. It has been a long time for me to have BBQ. It was sooooo nice!!!

We chatted about everything. For example, my university life, part-time job, my friends, my sister's life in a high school and so on...

Next day, I went shopping with my mam. I love shopping with my mam!!! In this day, I drove all day. At first, I was very worried about that. However, I was accustomed to drive gradually. Also, I can meet my grandma! She looked like cheer! It was very full day in this day. The day that I get back home will be a summer vacation!

Essays 1-03 ♥ My University Life ~Active and Exciting~ ♥

Now, I am a sophomore in Kumamoto Gakuen University. When I entered this university last year, I was very lonely. So I wanted to go back my hometown, in Miyazaki. However now, my university life is very very very full!!! I enjoy my university life! I believe that I lead a full life in this university.
And now, I will introduce and talk about my full university life from now. I am studying TOEFL for studying abroad now, so mainly I will focus on this.

First of all, recently I began to study TOEFL for studying abroad with my friends. We are studying at KGU library from about 20:00 to 23:00 on every Thursday. I took a TOEFL lecture from 18:00 to 19:30 on Thursday, so I take part in TOEFL workshop after finishing the lecture. Three of my friends also take a TOEFL lecture. I am studying with them. The member of workshop is decided, but people who come to a workshop are almost decided. We are all good friends because everyone has the same goal! Everyone wants to study abroad! I think that the workshop is good and convenient for us, because by studying together, we can encourage each them. It is good stimulus for me!

Second is to take part in a speaking class actively and chatting with students from overseas. This year's speaking class is very fun for me! I think that it's very useful for us to memorize "Model Conversation". Almost every week, we memorize "Model Conversation". If I went abroad, I would make use of these.
Moreover, I chat with students from overseas. Recently, I have enough time, so I seldom go to English Lounge than last year. I will go there when I have time. However I participated in a welcome party or overseas students' birthday party. When we can't celebrate birthday, we present for them, such as birthday cake and gift.

Finally, I have very precious friends in this university. I am very glad to see friends who have the same aim. If I hadn't these friends, I would not have spent good university life. To spend an university life with them makes me encourage and cheer! When I am in trouble, they help and encourage me. They are my precious friends!!!

As a conclusion, I enjoy my university life. My university life is full. I will study more and more with my friends to study abroad and to come true my dream in the future. In addition, I challenge my potentiality from now on. To spend my university life full, I will do my best!!!

Recently...

I talk with my mother by cellular phone. When I have something, I call her. On the other hand, when she has something, she calls me. How often do you chat with your parents???

On 11th, Mother's Day, I sent an E-mail which written gratitude for my mother. Then I heard from her. She looked like very happy. I felt embarrassed to say gratitude. However, saying gratitude for parents is sooooo important! I have to maintain gratitude for my parents!

★Happpppy Birrrrrthday★

Todaaaaay!!! was my friend's birthday!!! At last she became twenty years old!!! So, she came of age. We held a birthday party in her house.

We prepared for something to eat or drink. A main dish was small BBQ. In other words, it was meat!!! It was her favorite food. Of course, everyone in there loved meat. I didn't eat meat for a long time, so it was very delicious!!! We were satisfied with it!!!

After that we prepared for Birthday Cake silently when the time began to be 12:00 am. We sang birthday song. LaLaLaLaLaLa~~~~~♪ She looked like very happy. We took pictures since then.

By the way, a birthday present for her was Chinese dress! She was very surprised and laughing. We requested to her "Please try on it!!!" *ha* She tried on it!!! It suited her very well. We took pictures with her again.

Since then we walked around there. We took a lot of interesting pictures! *hah* I am very looking forward to look at pictures developed. A walk was good exercise for us because we had enough. If we walked around there, we would have become fatty pigs. *hah*

Since we arrived at her house, we chatted something since then.
It was very very good day for us.

5: Food and Eating Habits (Typing HW)

Usually, people have breakfast, lunch and dinner.
In Japan, main food is rice. I like rice, miso soup and natto. This combination is a traditional Japanese food.
Recently, I often eat bread for breakfast, because I don’t have enough time to prepare good breakfast. So I want to make it a rule to eat rice for breakfast.
Moreover, I think that I have to eat vegetable regularly and don’t often eat snacks between meals.

Today(0n 6th) was the last day of Golden Week.
The Golden Week of last year was very fullness, because I went back my hometown, Miyazaki and met my friends of high school days. However my Golden Week of this year was so-so, I thought.

On 3rd, I went to a town to have dinner with my friends. There were a lot of dishes for dinner. I love eating!!! So, I was happy that day. I ate food or something to drink as much as I want. I was satisfied with them.

On 4th, I stayed at my house in order to do my homework. I also like to spend my free time doing something. For example, I clean my room with listening to music...

On 5th, I went shopping with my friend. There were many many people in the shopping mall. I don't want to go a crowd for a while. However I love shopping!!! Finally the last Golden Week came! I stayed at my house all day, but I went to a store to make dinner from 7 pm. A refrigerate in my house was empty! So I had to go a store to eat.

I want to fill up my Golden Week next year!!!

Essays 1-02: MR 1-01 "SHReK"

I watched movie "SHReK" for the first time. I have thought for a long time that I want to watch this movie. So at last I could watch"SHReK" this time. Recently, I couldn't a lot of movies, so I could spend wonderful time by watching this movie with my friend. This time, I was involved in this story. Now I will talk about this story and what I thought in this movie. ★★★★★★★
First of all, I will explain about characters of this story. Shrek is a big green monster, who lives in a forest obscurity. Donkey is a very very talkative. He will be a Shrek's best friend later. Farquaad is a despotic sovereign. He tried to make perfect kingdom and become a king of this kingdom. Fiona is a very beautiful princess, who is confined in Dragon's castle. She waited for someone to be helped from this castle and waited for destine person. In addition, there are a lot of fairy tale characters. Snow White, The seven Dwarfs, The Magic Mirror, Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, The Three Bears, Pinocchio, Geppetto, Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, The Three Little Pigs, The Big Bad Wolf, The Old Woman in the Shoe and Robin Hood etc...

Once upon a time, there was a green giant, who lived obscurity and lonely in a remote forest. His name is "Shrek". He was a terrible appearance, but he has a kind heart. However villagers here were afraid. One day, the fairy tale characters escaped in his village. They lost their houses because Farquaad Lord made them escaped. To recover peaceful and silent village, Shrek and Donkey went to Farquaad Lord. To become a king, Farquaad had to look for and marry princess. So he talked with The Magic Mirror. It advises him to select one princess of three princesses; Snow White, Cinderella and Fiona princess. Eventually he selected Fiona princess as his wife. She confined in a Dragon's castle. He gathered the strong to welcome a princess, but he was knocked down by Shrek and Donkey. Farquaad said to them, " If you can bring back Fiona princess, I will make a promise your peaceful life." Then the journey of Shrek and Donkey began.

Shrek and Donkey arrived at Dragon's castle and they helped Fiona princess. After that the journey of three began. On the way to Farquaad Lord, Shrek and Donkey found that Fiona princess is very strong and active. They were surprised. While they keep on traveling, Shrek and Fiona princess began to fall in love with each other. However Fiona had a secret which couldn't tell anyone. It was that she becomes an ogress when it begins to be dark and night. But she made up her mind to confess this secret. She showed up her ogress appearance in the wedding ceremony. Farquaad, Shrek and other people were very surprised. Finally Shrek and Fiona got married. They began happy life!!!

Second, I will talk about theme and what I thought of this story. I think that this story want to tell us "We can't get love by money or authority (power)", "As for person, a heart is an important than its looks". If we have a lot of money and power, we couldn't get real love without kindly heart. In this story Shrek looks terrible monster, but actually, he was different from looks, he had a kind heart. People often tend to judge people by their looks. But we can't judge their personality without knowing them. So we need to talk with everyone without looks, and we have to know their personality. When I began to watch beginning of this story, I didn't understand what this story tells us. While I kept on watching it, I was involved in this movie. I want to watch "SHReK 2" and "SHReK 3". I cannot help watching series of this story!!!

3: My Hobbies (Typing HW)

I have three hobbies. First is making original yoghurt. My mother was making this yoghurt when I was high school student, so I made it a rule to make yoghurt and eat it every morning. It is not usual yoghurt. It is tough yoghurt. Second is listening to music when I clean my room every weekend. Cleaning my room with listening to music makes me happy. Third is cycling. I love to go somewhere by bicycle. I can enjoy variety scene.

I have a lot of favorite singers. Recently, I often hear songs of Mariah Carey. Her songs are very good and comfortable for me. I think that her songs’ melody is so wonderful for me.
